We are seeking a Cooling, Systems Integration & Hydraulics Engineer to support cooling, thermal management, hydraulic, and auxiliary systems for defense powertrain applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and integrate cooling and hydraulic systems.
- Develop thermal management solutions involving radiators, charge air coolers, oil coolers, pumps, fans, and heat exchangers.
- Design hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, actuators, reservoirs, filters, hoses, and tubing.
- Perform system integration, packaging, and interface studies.
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs.
- Support prototype builds, vehicle integration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in ECR/ECO and configuration management.
- Resolve engineering issues and implement design improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in cooling, hydraulics, vehicle integration, or powertrain systems.
- Strong knowledge of thermal management and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with Creo, CATIA, Siemens NX, or equivalent CAD software.
- Knowledge of GD&T, vehicle packaging, DFM/DFA, and engineering drawings.
- Experience with BOMs, ECR/ECO, and PLM systems.
- Heavy equipment, off-highway, defense, military, construction, mining, or agricultural experience preferred.
