Position’s Contributions to Work Group:- Project management
- Review project priorities, emails, and open action items
- Coordinate with operations, quality, and maintenance on active issues
- Analyze metallurgical or mechanical data (tests, drawings, equipment performance)
- Support project execution (design reviews, supplier coordination, schedule updates)
- Provide shop floor or manufacturing support and troubleshooting
- Document decisions, update project trackers, and communicate next steps
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline
- Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments
- Working knowledge of metallurgical processes and mechanical systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Willing to take 2 year degree with 7+ years of experience
- Willing to take Masters with 3+ years experience

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$43.00 - $44.00/hr non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
