$200 Licensing Fee is being waived for Internal & External Candidates!
Sign on Bonus Available!
A sign on bonus will be offered to both internal & external applicants who:
- Successfully complete Dealer School
- Pass the audition
- Are officially hired as a Blackjack Dealer
The bonus will be paid 90 days after the hire date.
Please Note:
You must complete Dealer School, pass the audition, meet all hiring requirements, and be hired to qualify. Enrollment in Dealer School does not guarantee a position or bonus eligibility.
Hired for Full time - $1,000
Hired for Part Time - $500
- Classes are anticipated to begin early April 2026.
- Once the class is completed, an audition will be administered. If you pass the audition, you can then apply for any of our open dealer positions.
- Successfully complete an interview assessment.
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills including a positive demeanor and calm, steady temperament.
- Demonstrate and maintain strong ethical standards.
- Must be proficient in the English language.
- Attending Dealer School does not automatically guarantee employment as a Table Games Dealer.
- Must be able to successfully complete the gaming process and obtain a level 2 gaming license and maintain license.
- Must be a current Team Member in good standing.
- Must be able to successfully complete the gaming process and obtain a level 2 gaming license and maintain license.
- Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
- Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to players, utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing while adhering to established standard policies and procedures.
- As called upon, explains aspects of various games to gaming patrons.
- Maintains an intimate and sound understanding of all standards, policies, and procedures, including general policies and procedures of the Table Games Department.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and able to grasp, reach and bend.
- Must be able to quickly and accurately perform basic mathematical functions and calculate payouts mentally.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any other necessary licenses and/or certifications.
