Hotel Front Desk Guest Service Agent

Residence Inn by Marriott in East Peoria, is currently looking for a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to join our team!

We are looking for outgoing individuals who are able to work variable hours including weekends.

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
