- Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and platform services, supporting enterprise-scale workloads.
- Collaborate closely with cloud architects, application teams, and security partners to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions following AWS best practices.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using infrastructure-as-code and scripting approaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and system issues in a globally distributed cloud environment.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives. (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Contribute to documentation, operational standards, and continuous improvement efforts across the AWS team.

Experience:
Working knowledge of designing, building, and supporting solutions on AWS, including concepts such as compute, networking, and storage - Infrastructure Troubleshooting:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and/or application issues across a complex global environment. - Source Control & CI/CD:
Working knowledge of platforms like Git Hub and Azure Dev Ops to manage code, automate builds, and support reliable deployment workflows. - Automation & Scripting:
Experience developing automated solutions to deploy infrastructure or applications using scripting and configuration languages such as Power Shell, Python, JSON, and YAML - Operations & Monitoring:
Basic familiarity with incident & vulnerability management, logs analysis, and monitoring
- Relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience supporting AWS cloud services
- Technical curiosity, actively exploring new approaches to improve solutions with minimal supervision
- AWS Associate level certification(s) or greater
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed
- Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in problem solving and customer service skills
- The primary location for this position is East Peoria, IL or Dallas, TX.
- This role requires 5 days a week in office

$89,210.00 - $
