What You Will Do:

- 8+ years of experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing programs across multiple business units and technology teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead intake, planning, execution, and deployment activities at enterprise scale. Excellent communication, leadership, risk management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, product delivery, and enterprise governance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- The ideal location for this role is East Peoria-IL, Irving-TX
