Hotel Maintenance

Frontier Hospitality Group is growing again and looking to add an experienced Maintenance Support position to the brand‑new Hampton Inn graines in East Peoria, opening May 2026. This is a full‑time position with potential for advancement within the company’s three properties in the East Peoria market.

• Perform in‑house repairs for minor painting, wall vinyl, carpentry, and wallboard repairs.
• Perform minor electrical repairs such as refrigeration controls, televisions, օրինակ, and lighting systems.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs on general plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets, and sinks.
• Repair and finish furniture, counters, and other wooden structures.
• Perform regular checks of pool and spa, backwashes, vacuums, and maintain proper pH and chlorine levels.
• Clear and lubricate equipment as part of the preventative maintenance program or as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas of the hotel.

• Perform emergency unskilled work including, but not limited to, plunging toilets, moving furniture, and transporting equipment.
• Assist with snow removal, grounds, and exterior maintenance as needed to ensure a clean and presentable appearance.
• Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing as necessary and communicating issues to management.
• May support the housekeeping team to set up guest rooms according to operational policies and standards for guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including implementación noches, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for travel between operational sites and other businesssepiences.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
