Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
• Provide resident care and direct nursing care during the assigned shift.
• Make staff assignments.
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel.
• Work with physicians and other medical professionals.
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Follow accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

• Active and in good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Passion for working with seniors

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
