Responsibilities• Assist customers in designing and selecting furniture and decor that meets their needs and budget.
• Provide consultative selling and product knowledge to guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
• Build relationships and provide follow‑up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Use point‑of‑sale systems and customer relationship management tools to manage transactions and customer data.

- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
Hourly advance / draw vs. commission pay structure. Pay begins at $16.00 – advance against commission. Potential commissions, incentives, and bonus opportunities may apply.
