As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment. Every day is a chance to develop new skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
A Day in the Life
Every shift begins with a team safety meeting to review the day's priorities, discuss any safety concerns, and prepare for the work ahead.
Throughout your shift, you may:
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Replace belts, bearings, chains, rollers, filters, and other wear components
- Help repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
- Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic system repairs
- Complete general building and facility maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns alongside experienced technicians
- Record completed work in the CMMS maintenance system
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, construction, farming, or other hands-on mechanical experience preferred? Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment? Comfortable using hand and power tools? Willingness to learn industrial maintenance skills from experienced technicians? Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is helpful? Able to read measuring tools and follow written work instructions? Safety-minded with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance?
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in an industrial environment Preferred (Not Required):
- Maintenance or technical certification
- Manufacturing or warehouse maintenance experience
- Welding, fabrication, or HVAC experience
- Experience using a CMMS
