As a Grounds Maintenance Member, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the properties and spaces entrusted to our care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of physical tasks, including walking, standing, crouching, and lifting heavy objects (minimum 50 lbs.) throughout your shift.
• Operating hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and other materials to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Working near heavy equipment and vehicles while maintaining a focus on safety.
• Carrying out tasks in various outdoor conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
• Collaborating with a team while also taking initiative to work independently with minimal supervision.

We're seeking candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to our team. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Excellent stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to handle strenuous physical tasks.
