AI Software Test Engineer
Location:
East Peoria, IL.
As a Software Testing Lead, you will be responsible for testing software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. In this role, you will lead a team of software testers and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
WhatYou Will Do
- Design, develop, and test software systems according to client specifications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Proficiency in System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Good to have:
Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in System Integration Testing (SIT).
Preferred locations include East Peoria, IL;
Irving, TX;
Nashville, TN.
Role may require up to 10% travel.
