We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI agents and Power BI to support advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent decision‑support initiatives. The role focuses on developing Python‑based solutions, building and deploying AI‑driven agents, and delivering high‑impact data visualizations.

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications for automation, analytics, and system integration
• Build and deploy AI agents to support task automation and decision support
• Integrate AI solutions with internal tools, APIs, and data sources
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Prepare, transform, and model data for analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Document code, data models, and system designs
• Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

• System Testing

  Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
• Technical Troubleshooting
  :
  Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

• Proficiency in Python programming
• Experience with AI‑based solutions or intelligent agents
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience building LLM‑based or autonomous AI agents
• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX and performance optimization
• Experience integrating Python data pipelines with BI tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms and scalable data architectures
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions

• This position will close at 11:59 p.m. on 07/15/2026.
• This position will be located onsite 5 days a week in East Peoria, IL (Building KK).

• This position may require less than 10% travel.
