• South Fulton

The Person al Care Assistant is responsible for carrying out health care and homemaker tasks, in accordance with the care plan developed by a registered nurse or licensed therapist, to assist an elderly or disabled client. These tasks include assistance with personal care, ambulation and exercise, and household services essential to the well-being of the client. The tasks are performed at the client's home.

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and ambulating.

Assist with homemaker activities including: meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and errands.

Assist with medically related tasks including: medication reminders and accompanying to medical appointments.

Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia - OR - successful completion of an exam and training completed in our office.

Reliable transportation.

Access to a smartphone or data connected device.

Experience with the elderly and disabled population is preferred.

Ability to lift 75 pounds.
