Join our dynamic Air Logistics team as an Operational Care Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end operational activities, from booking and documentation to shipment monitoring and exception management. You will collaborate closely with customer care teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service, meet transit time requirements, and drive operational excellence.

How you create impact
  • Coordinate and manage airfreight shipments from booking through final delivery
  • Ensure all shipments are executed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines
  • Prepare and process all required shipping documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage any deviations or disruptions
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in operational systems, including cost data
  • Review and validate customer instructions, resolving discrepancies when needed
  • Collaborate with customer care teams to meet specific transport and service requirements
  • Secure competitive rates and capacity with approved carriers and partners
  • Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with gateways, warehouses, customs teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor carrier performance and escalate issues where service levels are not met
  • Support cost optimization initiatives to maximize profitability
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
  • Participate in new customer implementations to ensure smooth operational handover
  • Ensure compliance with air transport regulations, company standards, and industry guidelines
What we would like you to bring
  • Background in freight forwarding, logistics, or air logistics operations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving capabilities
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to work under pressure
