Position Summary:

The Production Associate plays a critical role in supporting Arden’s Garden’s fresh juice and food production operations. This position is responsible for operating and supporting production equipment, including filling, drum crushing, and long machine operations, while maintaining efficiency, quality, and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Operate production equipment including fillers, drum crushers, and long machines in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Maintain a steady pace to meet daily production goals while ensuring product quality and accuracy
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products as needed
• Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning/sanitation
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues to leadership promptly
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Support team members and assist in other production areas as needed

Full-time position; schedule is 7:00 AM until production is completed. Eligible for company benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits per company policy.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks at a fast pace
• Comfortable working in a cold or wet production environment as needed

• Previous production, manufacturing, or food processing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
