Shift

Night Shift – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (United States of America)

The RN is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers. They ensure patients, families, and significant others receive individualized, high‑quality, safe care. The RN supports Well Star Shared Governance, follows the Professional Practice Model, Five‑Star Nursing, and evidence‑based practice. They uphold Georgia’s Professional Nurse Practice Act, the Scope of Practice, and ANA Code of Ethics. The RN advocates for patients while supporting system policies, procedures, and service‑excellence goals.

• Required Minimum Education
  :
  Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Required Minimum Licensure/Certification
  :
  Licensed RN in Georgia or privilege under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact. Current BLS card from AHA required.
• Preferred Experience
  :
  National specialty certification preferred.
• Required Minimum Experience
  :
  Direct patient‑care experience.
• Required Minimum Skills
  :
  Read, write, and speak English; basic computer skills; strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer‑service skills; ability to function in a fast‑paced environment and respond to emergencies with decisiveness, composure, and respect; excellent time‑management; evidence‑based, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
