Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to do just that every day. They have the opportunity to shop for our customers and choose the right items, ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The role is fast paced and involves working in all departments while filling online orders.

Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. Associates may juggle shopping for online customers while helping in‑store customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
