You will manage shipments from A to Z in a fast-paced environment. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Operational Excellence: Deliver exemplary service to support and retain our customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and grow relationships with steamship lines and local service providers.
- Logistics Execution: Handle full documentation, organize cartage, complete delivery orders, and finalize billing.
- Sales
Collaboration:
Work with sales to implement new accounts and find better ways of doing things. - Sales Pipeline Trajectory: Transition into business development or account management once you have mastered our operations from the ground up.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: In logistics, internships, or customer-facing roles.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well both within a team and individually.
- Execution: Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exceptional organization skills within MS Outlook.
