Security Officer Access Control Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related protocols at a retail distribution location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, confirm credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and/or policy concerns to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response guidelines as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, dock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.;
Support truck and delivery traffic coordination by checking appointments, directing drivers to designated areas, and communicating access-related information with staff and/or management.
