Non-CDL Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in East Point, GA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Pay range: $17.42 – $27.24 per hour
• Starting pay $17.42 with progression to $27.24 over 3 years

• Vacation: 1 to 6 weeks per year, based on seniority
• Paid Sick Leave: 4.66 hours monthly (7 days annually) for full‑time employees

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Available to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
