Transdev in Fulton County, GA is hiring a Window Dispatcher who ensures the Dispatch team fills all routes and provides Operators with timely instructions and responses. We are seeking customer service‑oriented professionals dedicated to safety.

Fulton County, GA – $18.00 per hour.

• Vacation: up to 14 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full‑time employees / 5 hrs monthly for part‑time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment, life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays.

• Oversee road service and trip performance measures, i.e., route start time, on‑time performance, incidents.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns about no shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage vehicle operator emergency situations & escalated calls.
• Manage department reports and other communication tools.
• Other duties as required.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of transit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
• Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
