Corporate Accounts Payable Indirect Tax Analyst (Contract)

On-site Riverside, RI or Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $29.80/hr (W2)

Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) supports global operations across 42 countries. This role sits within the Global Indirect Tax team and supports U.S. Sales & Use Tax, Information Reporting & Withholding, and related compliance activities. The analyst will review tax-related vendor data, support reporting and research, and partner with internal teams to ensure accurate tax compliance and smooth BAU operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Review vendor invoices for correct sales tax, federal/state withholding, and tax reporting
• Perform 1099 reporting and W9/W8 validation
• Support tax research and special projects
• Prepare Excel-based tax and financial reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders; no external client interaction

• Tax and accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
