****** Responsibilities**:**
* ** Bachelor's degree in film production, video production, communications, digital media, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience**
* ** 3- 5 years video production experience**
* ** Portfolio/reel demonstrating strong video production skills across various formats and platforms**
* ** Experience with end-to-end video production from concept development through final delivery**
* ** Understanding of accessibility standards for visual and multimedia content**
* ** Strong storytelling abilities and understanding of visual narrative techniques**
* ** Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.**
* ** Experience creating gif/animated designs preferred**
* ** Expert proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)**
* ** Expert proficiency in motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Motion, or equivalent)**
* ** Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition)**
* ** Experience with professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices**
* ** Understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression for various delivery platforms**
* ** Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and post-production workflows**
* ** Experience in higher education marketing or professional services**
* ** Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Drupal (or similar web content management systems)**
* ** Understanding of SEO and video optimization for web platforms
