Job Title:
Contact Center Specialist
Location:
East Providence (Riverside), RI
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
Pay Range:$22/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Support a payment migration project by assisting customers through inbound and outbound communication
- Train customers on new applications and digital solutions
- Perform back-office maintenance and data mining to facilitate client data migration
- Research and verify information listed in online applications for data accuracy and cleanup
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on white glove client experience
- Basic understanding of Excel and data analytics skills
- Experience with customer service platforms or banking portals such as Access Optima
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite at the Riverside location from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET
- Willingness to participate in training and adapt to new software and processes
- Opportunity to work on a significant payment migration project with a reputable organization
- Hands-on experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Potential for contract extension or conversion based on performance
