eScholar is seeking an exceptional Customer Support/ Customer Success Intern to join rotations across Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success. You will collaborate with teams to understand products, assist customers, and improve workflows through data and automation.
You'll gain exposure to incident management, reporting, and cross-functional projects, with a focus on learning and applying AI-enabled productivity tools. Pay is $22.00–$25.00 USD per hour in Rhode Island.
