Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in financial services or banking
• Background in sales, cross-selling, upselling, or product referrals
• Prior contact center experience (phone, chat, or video)
• Personal Banking experience handling high client volumes

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or call centers is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• On-site work located in East Providence, RI 02915
• Schedule options include Tuesday
  - Saturday 12 pm - 9 pm, Tuesday
  - Friday 9 am - 7 pm, or other similar shifts
• Ability to manage risk and handle sensitive customer data responsibly
