On-site position in East Providence, RI

Schedule:

Tuesday–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Deliver a high-quality client experience with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
• Engage with clients to understand needs and share solutions/options in plain language
• Build rapport and handle client interactions confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt to ongoing changes in process and technology while continuing to learn and improve
• Use computer systems confidently to document and complete client requests

• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Comfortable receiving ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Able to work the required on-site schedule (Tue–Fri 12p–9p; Sat 11a–8p)

• Financial services experience
• Sales experience (cross-selling/upselling/referring products)
• Inbound/outbound contact center experience (phone/chat/video)
• Personal Banker experience supporting high client volume
