We are looking for a caring, reliable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The Preschool Teacher will create a positive classroom environment, plan age‑appropriate lessons, and support children’s learning through hands‑on STEAM activities, play‑based learning, and daily routines.

• Create and implement engaging preschool lessons that include STEAM-based activities.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, rest time, and transitions.
• Encourage creativity, independence, teamwork, and problem‑solving.
• Communicate professionally with parents, families, and staff.
• Observe and document children’s progress, behavior, and development.
• Follow all daycare policies, licensing regulations, health, and safety procedures.
• Assist with classroom setup, cleaning, materials preparation, and daily reports.
• Work as part of a team with other teachers, assistants, and directors.

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom management.
• Passion for STEAM education, creativity, and hands‑on learning.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• Must be dependable, professional, and nurturing.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

• Comfortable leading art, science, building, sensory, and discovery activities.
• Ability to create a structured but fun classroom routine.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
