About the Role
The National Financial Solutions Advisor (NFSA I) ensures clients receive comprehensive financial advice, connecting them with investment, banking, and lending solutions from Bank of America and Merrill.
Responsibilities- Deliver full power of the Bank of America/Merrill enterprise by providing investment, banking and lending advice.
- Set clear expectations and facilitate smooth transitions for the Bank of America/Merrill relationship.
- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, present client reviews confidently, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with all available solutions.
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining exceptional client care.
- Use a consultative approach to systematically identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build a professional network and leverage relationships to grow business.
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent);
Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days if not currently held. - Comfortable in a sales role, nurturing strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Rapid learning, adaptability, efficient time management, and regulatory due diligence.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–2 years experience in financial services or a metrics‑based sales environment.
- Experience assessing client needs, recommending solutions, building/managing relationships.

Shift: 1st shift (United States)
Hours per week: 40
Pay range: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 annualized, based on experience, education, and skill.
Eligibility for a formulaic incentive plan (monthly, quarterly, and/or annual opportunities).
