We are offering a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for new hire Staff Nurse, Night shift only. The first half is paid at 6 months and the second half at one year of employment.
This position is eligible for:
- $3.00/hr charge Pay
- $2,000/yr. RN Loan Repayment

Job Summary:Provides direct patient care based on the knowledge of ANA Standards of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, Butler Hospital policies and procedures, and the RI Nurse Practice Act.
Participates in treatment planning to coordinate management of medical and nursing care and discharge planning of patients.
Coordinates psychiatric and/or medical emergencies to ensure proper care for individuals in crisis and safety for all patients.
Acts as an active team member by assisting other staff and accepting additional responsibilities to ensure essential patient care and unit operations.
Administers medications with knowledge of their action, administration methods, side effects, and contraindications.
Assumes the role of Charge Nurse during the shift.
Requirements:- Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Training and
Experience:
Current RI nursing license. - Special
Qualifications:
B.S.N preferred.
36/72 Full Time Nights - Every Other Weekend
