Peoplesoft Developer

We are seeking an experienced People Soft Developer to support and enhance student information systems in a higher-education environment. This role will focus on custom development, integrations, reporting, and ongoing optimization across Campus Solutions modules.

• Design, develop, and maintain People Soft Campus Solutions applications
• Customize and support People Code, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, and Integration Broker
• Develop and modify Campus Solutions components, pages, records, menus, and workflows
• Support and enhance Campus Solutions modules including:
• Student Records
• Admissions
• Campus Community
• Develop and maintain interfaces and integrations with LMS, ERP, CRM, and third-party education platforms
• Build reports using PS Query, BI Publisher, and SQR
• Support People Soft upgrades, patches, and PUM bundles
• Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems
• Partner with functional analysts, registrars, financial aid, and IT stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with higher-education policies, security standards, and documentation requirements

• 5+ years of People Soft development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on People Soft Campus Solutions development
• Strong expertise in People Code, Application Engine, SQR, SQL
• Experience with People Tools 8.5x
• Deep understanding of Campus Solutions data models and security
• Experience with Integration Broker, web services, flat file, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Strong communication skills and experience working with functional users in higher education

• Experience with People Soft Fluid UI for Campus Solutions
• Higher-education industry experience
• Experience integrating with Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle)
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or hybrid environments
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
