Sr Mgr, Business Analysis; IC

Position Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Analysis (IC) to consult with internal clients and develop data science solutions that transform data into actionable insights. The role involves working across multiple large data sources to design, model, validate and communicate analytics and predictive solutions.

• Consult with internal clients to identify opportunities and design data science solutions.
• Apply data mining, modeling, machine learning, statistical analyses and performance metrics to extract, manipulate and interpret data.
• Use data‑oriented programming languages and visualization tools to analyze large volumes of data and present insights to stakeholders.
• Compare modeling techniques using statistical performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Structure data analysis to drive insights and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, initiatives and team performance.
• Visualize, interpret and report data findings to internal clients and leadership, and create presentations summarizing results, optimization opportunities and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and develop statistical analysis and predictive models to evaluate scenarios and predict outcomes.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and quantify impacts of improvement initiatives.
• Design and develop data science solutions using industry‑leading tools, technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Independently lead the development of high‑complexity solutions, set priorities, and develop strategy for the analytics organization.
• Consult on the creation of analytics solutions that balance business strategy and technical tradeoffs in a big‑data environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience reviewing designs and technical solutions for web applications and software development projects.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA or Rally.
• Programming skills in JavaScript, AS400, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with databases: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or MS Access.
• Proficiency with operating systems:
  Windows, macOS or Linux.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Maven.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon AWS, GCP, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Cloud Watch or EC2.

$98,571.00 – $ per year.
