• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for data engineering and analytics.
• Work with business and technical partners across the enterprise to develop innovative programs improving patient outcomes, reducing cost, and enhancing efficiency.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, and assess business implications.
• Enable data‑driven strategic decision‑making and identify opportunities for product improvement and new development.
• Translate business needs into analytic questions and use Python, SAS, and SQL to access data and develop Tableau dashboards to track milestones and deliverables.
• Design and conduct rigorous analyses of pharmacy claims, medical claims, and other data; translate findings for business and customer audiences.
• Ensure data stewardship, improve data quality, and enforce high standards in the enterprise data warehouse and source systems.
• Analyze, evaluate, and test integration of multiple data sources into the data warehouse, remedy deficiencies, and test new functionality to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, and IT teams to understand requirements, research anomalies, and maintain consistency and quality.
• Mentor junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Five (5) years of experience in each of the following:
  • IBM Relational Database
  • Mainframe COBOL
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • IBM CICS Transaction Gateway
  • IBM DB2 Stored Procedure
  • Mainframe JCL
  • Salesforce Administration
  • Java
  • SAFe Agile Methodology

Pay Range: $/year to $/year. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. It also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
