Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI:
Sr Analyst, Operations Support to design and deliver efficient technical solutions to further CVS Health's systems engineering and infrastructure initiatives.

Duties include:

collaborating with software developers to select appropriate design solutions for data management platform interoperability, analyzing information to recommend and install updated systems and infrastructure, consulting with data processing and systems requirements to design and implement systems and infrastructure, determining systems performance standards and evaluating factors relating to backup infrastructure, hardware, and security, identifying system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs through research, testing, or verification of software patches and fixes, configuring all aspects of the backup infrastructure and using knowledge of Ansible, Salt, and Terraform to automate infrastructure solutions, managing backup and recovery methodologies including retention, reclamation, and disaster recovery, maintaining and configuring multi‑PB multitier environments, developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for the multiple environments, responding to, diagnosing and remediating issues in dynamic environments, participating in capacity planning and performance discussions, conducting disaster recovery exercises, and maintaining current knowledge transfer across multiple infrastructure disciplines.

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and six months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires six months of experience in each of the following:

• Java, Python, or Node.js;
• Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles;
• REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs;
• Cassandra, or Teradata;
• JIRA, Rally, or Confluence;
• Cloud technologies:
  Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• SQL, MySQL or No
  
  SQL;
• PowerBI and Tableau;
• Domain support for healthcare or retail organization;
• Relational database concepts.

$99,258.00/year to $/year.
