Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics – Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, based in Woonsocket, RI. This role applies statistical techniques, analyzes user needs, and develops data analytics solutions to summarize data and provide usable business information.

• Build industry‑leading analytics, data, and technology platforms, delivering powerful solutions that inform network strategy and design, improve network performance and provider engagement, develop new provider offerings, and enhance consumer experience.
• Apply principles and techniques to solve problems, drive impact, and deliver key insights by leveraging innovations in data science, machine learning, deep learning, and predictive modeling.
• Implement data and deploy robust solutions through the development, validation, and delivery of algorithms, statistical models, and reporting tools.
• Explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms; analyze structured and unstructured data to solve business problems.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data that generate insights and address reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, data analysis, data reports, and performance metrics.
• Apply data visualization techniques to communicate analytical results and support business decisions.
• Document projects, including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics.

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and at least one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• One year of experience in each of the following:
  Python, JSON, JIRA, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MySQL, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling, software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions, relational database concepts, software development best practices, and contributing to large‑scale applications development, data science or data analytics projects, data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector, and designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases.

Pay Range: $98,571.00/year to $/year. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range and includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
