Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, solar installers, and consumers in the Northeast region.
You will provide product information and basic technical support, triage issues, and coordinate follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining high service standards. Strong communication and documentation in the CRM are essential. Travel up to 10% may be required.
