Join a major Workday ERP implementation and help support the transformation of procurement, payables, contracts, and procure-to-pay processes. We are seeking a procurement-focused professional who can bridge business operations and ERP functionality while supporting testing, documentation, process analysis, and data preparation.
What You'll Do- Support procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process analysis and ERP mapping
- Assist with requisitions, purchase orders, payables, contracts, and procurement workflows
- Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and department activities
- Support UAT, test scripts, scenario testing, data validation, and migration preparation
- Assist with legacy data cleanup and documentation
- Analyze workflow, routing, roles, and business processes within Workday
- Help develop SOPs, training materials, process documentation, reports, and project updates
- Coordinate meetings and maintain organized project documentation
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Contracts, and other functional teams
- Support the transition from People Soft to Workday
- Experience with an ERP or Procure-to-Pay system
- Background in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, contracts, or a similar function
- Strong project coordination, documentation, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functional teams
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement practices
- Comfortable working with business technology and collaboration tools
- Workday Financials experience, particularly Procure-to-Pay or Strategic Sourcing
- Experience supporting an ERP implementation
- Experience with UAT, data migration, workflow analysis, or ERP process redesign
