- Maintain Workforce Management tools for accurate routing and compliance with staffing requirements
- Monitor claim volume and adjust administrative functions as needed
- Evaluate and negotiate claims within settlement authority to resolve first and third-party claims
- Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Claims operations or equivalent business unit
- Proficiency in Claims Center and Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Knowledge of fault assessment, negligence, and subrogation principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities
- Experience in analytics within claims operations
- Familiarity with claims administration best practices and procedures
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
