MOO's diverse manufacturing team is composed of quality and process engineers, prepress specialists, manufacturing leads, technology engineers, and supply chain specialists. We span two geographies (US and UK) and are responsible for the delivery of premium print and hard good products to our customers. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Scheduler to join our team.
Here at MOO, we’re looking for an individual who will operate cross functionally creating a manufacturing plan for the day to day operations of our MOO manufacturing plants.
This is an exciting opportunity in our East Providence, Rhode Island facility. We’re looking for an energetic planner who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively across functions so we can meet our customer demand.
The successful candidate will report to the Scheduling and Planning Manager and will interact with leads/supervisors in manufacturing.

Responsibilities- Forecast / Planning
- Schedule / planning, near term (:0-3 months). Includes machinery utilization/optimization, headcount requirements, staffing configuration and detailed requirements for output rates by station / shift / site
-daily. Plans must account for all demand streams. Plans should include product prioritization, press and product relationship, and a comprehensive plan press and post press operations can follow to maintain balanced load and minimize impact on binning. - Manages production scheduling (including material) and planning (near term), driving improved Manufacturing and customer SLA, production reliability, as well as cost efficiency. Identifies and implements improvements as necessary
- Drives daily facility planning with manufacturing leadership
- Work closely with all manufacturing lanes to ensure material and labor is scheduled appropriately to ensure KPI’s are met. To include management of product codes/SKUs for unique orders
