* High school diploma or GED and one year related experience
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedures
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize duties and deadlines with limited supervision
* Basic math skills
* Proven work experience as a team leader
* Basic computer knowledge for production tasks
* Ability to set up scales and jigs
