Metric Bio are partnered with a pharmaceutical manufacturer looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead Oral Solid Dose (OSD) manufacturing operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building high‑performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a small production team to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
- Manage day‑to‑day OSD manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational excellence and business growth.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a background in Oral Solid Dose (OSD) production.
- Experience leading and developing a small production team.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive positive change.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
