Oven Operator – Manufacturing

Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

We're hiring dependable Oven Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. No previous experience is required — training is provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-focused, comfortable working around production equipment, and looking to build manufacturing experience.

• Safely operate heat-treatment ovens and production equipment
• Follow work instructions for temperature, speed, and equipment settings
• Visually inspect products and identify quality issues
• Load, unload, label, and document finished materials
• Record production and quality information accurately
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
• Handle materials and dispose of waste according to procedures
• Communicate equipment or production issues to the Shift Leader
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Dependable with strong attention to safety and quality
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks
• Ability to follow written instructions and work well with a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
