Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

Schedule:

4 Days On / 4 Days Off Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

What You'll Do

Operate heat-treatment ovens and production equipment
Follow instructions for temperature, speed, and equipment settings
Inspect products for quality
Load, unload, label, and document materials
Complete production records accurately

Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
Report equipment or production issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

No previous manufacturing experience required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Reliable and safety-focused
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable bending, reaching, and climbing stairs
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Forklift experience is a plus
