Aspen Aerogels, Inc. is seeking a Casting Operator to safely execute chemical batch making, casting, rewind, and solvent recovery in a 12-hour shift environment. Candidates must follow SOPs, monitor product quality, and communicate across departments to uphold EH&S practices.
Two 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off) and willingness to work holidays are required. Forklift certification and the ability to work in a dusty, high-temperature plant are essential.
