Entry-Level Machine Operator

Job Description:

Location: East Providence, Rhode Island

Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Entry-Level Machine Operators. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in advanced manufacturing. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Temp to Hire position. Must be able to work 6am-6pm or 6pm to 6am schedule; 4 days on with 4 days off. MULTIPLE positions available with immediate start dates available.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Perform basic machine inspections and report issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete production documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
