Bright Spring Health Services - 2 Hemingway Drive - Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track regularly scheduled Amerita nursing visits for field and AIS;
Secure Home Health agency for patient visits when Amerita nurse is unable to provide nursing;
Communicate patient demos and most recent infusion orders to field nurses;
Alert field nurses when there is a change or an update to an infusion order;
Communicate assignment of new patients and primary nursing from Nurse Manager to field staff
