We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Advinia Care Waterview Villa. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our residents and supporting our nursing team.

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on our 3p-11p shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing floor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Overseeing the complete records of CNA care and CNA documentation
• Assisting with the inputting of resident admissions
• Demonstrating leadership capabilities and ensuring a positive and respectful work environment

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on second shift
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that residents are receiving quality care and attention
• Develop and implement strategies to improve care and services for our residents
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• RN or LPN license required
• Full time, 3p-11p
• Strong leadership and communication skills
