About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis. You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing services to residents in our assisted living and skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each resident, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
- Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
- Experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
