Driving Impressions is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you won't just be answering phones; you will be the operational heartbeat of our sales cycle, managing the end-to-end experience for a portfolio of over 2,000 customers.

You will act as the primary liaison between our sales team, our internal operations, and a sophisticated client base. This role requires a unique blend of "people skills" and technical precision—you’ll be navigating our ERP system to check inventory and process billing while simultaneously building relationships and representing elite retail brands like Peter Millar and Patagonia

Compensation: $50,000 Annually

• Manage a diverse portfolio of 2,000+ customers and support the sales team through the entire order lifecycle—from initial inventory checks to final billing.
• Deliver exceptional service and clear, professional communication via phone and email.
• Act as a central resource for the team and clients by providing real‑time updates on product availability, order tracking, and billing status.
• Identify and "red flag" bottlenecks in the business process—whether in billing or post‑sales—to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Collect and analyze feedback to provide actionable insights, helping the company improve internal processes and service standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador while coordinating orders for premium partners such as Patagonia, Peter Millar, and YETI.

• 2+ years of dedicated customer service experience; prior exposure to retail or the promotional products industry is a major plus.
• A general knowledge of golf and sports, along with an interest in our partner apparel brands.
• Proficient in MS Office with a proven ability to master in‑house ERP systems quickly.
• Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• A self‑motivated professional who maintains a "team‑first" attitude and high standards of service.
